We have designated several ways to work the athlete’s flexibility. Among them are very specific circuits or charts such as Ballet Barre, Yoga Flex Circuit, PNF Flex Chart, and Active Flex Chart. Yoga Flex Circuit is a complete program designed to cover all the exercises provided. Ballet Barre, PNF Flex, and Active Flex are meant to select from the Chart those exercises that address the athletes' needs. When only Flex Chart is assigned, it is the “Coaches Choice” of which type of flex is applied. Be sure to notice the entire weeks flex assignment to avoid an overuse of one type of flexibility.
