When a patient presents a polytrauma, accident with penetration of objects, or severity due to its impact or injuries, one of the risks of these injuries is that they evolve into a failure of the circulatory system. If it is severe, it can lead to multi-organ failure, with hypoperfusion and kidney failure. There are different stages and types of shock. Within the types of shock we will focus on hemorrhagis shock. The importance of the management consists of quick attention, trying to identify the cause that produces it, stabilizing it immediately. The transfer and reevaluation to the hospital center is essential.
