Not Grishams best but damn good. I thought ending was a bit contrived.

Good characters and good plot. The ending feels a bit vacant and never lost the sense of being removed from the heart of the story, if there was one. Well written and mostly engaging.

Ok read. Kept my interest most of the book. Message on Gitmo made very clear.

I couldn’t stop reading this latest Grisham thriller.

This novel was thrilling and entertaining from start to finish! Another great book from one of America’s top novelists! 10/10!!

Where is the John Grisham we know and love? I literally flipped through chapters because I couldn’t read about water boarding and other horrible torture over and over. This is not well written and I am sad. Please come back John, and give us what we were used to.
