While not quite mindblowing, this book tells of an exciting adventure and is worth a read. I would compare it to "The Land that Time Forgot."

A classic I’ve always heard of and never read. I couldn’t put it down and read it in a few nights. I loved the language and the storytelling. Highly recommend

A very adventurous read, and I was pleased with the characters and storyline and ending. However, I will say that the verbiage and wording used threw me off a lot and many times I had a hard time understanding what was being written. It’s a great story but for that reason I was confused a lot.

I read it as a boy and read it every chance I get. It is still very exciting and I love it.
