    Four and a half stars Christmas Lights and Cowboy Nights by Shelli Stevens is the third in her Marshall Ranch series. Calvin Marshall and Rosita Mercado meet by chance and while there’s definitely a spark of interest on both sides, Rosa has no intention of becoming a notch on Cal’s bedpost. On his part, Cal finds himself unable to get himself refocused on his usual modus operandi of keep it light and easy… Shelli Stevens throws in the magic of the holidays and some meddling family and well-times snowstorms to good effect. This is a great story and close to the series.

A character that has “so many layers” that the poor reader is lucky to make it to the seventh chapter before getting rid of the book.....

There was just s about Cal’s character that drew me to him. The chemistry between Rosa and Cal was hot! This was a fun and steamy read. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
