    I never noticed how bad I stress myself out until I read this book. I’ve always wondered why techniques that worked for other people haven’t worked for me? And now it’s clear to see that my mind just needed a different way of processing negative emotions.

    I enjoyed reading this book about negative thinking, this book helped me gain tips at home to try when I have negative thoughts or when I need to take some deep breaths. A lot of times I am stressed from work, school, etc. I’m not too sure sometimes on how to control my stress and depression, but now I know what to do and how to do it.

    This is a really great book. like how this book talks about being mindful in exercise, relaxation, and meditation. I also like how this book talks about avoid negative thoughts and gives tips on how to exercise and get your mind right. Not to mention it teaches you how to challenge yourself.
