This is my favorite book trust me this is the best one from Verne

I read Journey To The Center Of The Earth ( the Great Illustrated Classics version ) 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea, Around The World In 80 Days ( again Great Illustrated Classics version ) and in that order and this is a boring book. This is literally is not only his worst novel I have read and probably will have the same opinion after reading his others but 1 of the worst books books I have ever read because of how boring it is. I cannot recommend this unless you are a completionist. By the way unless you have read Twenty-Thousand Leagues Under The Sea before this then do not bother because a guy from that story is in this one.

An excellent read, a story of perseverance, bravery, intelligence, and camaraderie. The final chapter of Captain Nemo’s life.

This a wonderful tale of strength and perseverance, a must read in my opinion. The films bearing the name “The Mysterious Island “ pale in comparison to the book.

An epic tale told in fine prose. A hidden “sequel “ I wasn’t aware of.
