I don’t remember when, where, how, or why this book found me — or if I found it. Either way, I’m grateful I made the choice to read it, and even more grateful it was available when I needed it. This book is layered with great point upon great point. It’s super enlightening, deeply thought-provoking, and honestly transformative. It challenged the way I process emotions, reactions, and the weight I give to external circumstances. Thank you for this timely reminder to protect my peace and take ownership of my inner world.

This book has made so much sense to me as I relate my life to what’s been covered. Different ways of seeing what’s been happening & more common than I thought. Dan has done an incredible job relating his life by the meaning of what he writes. I definitely recommend this book!
