Expertly, sensitively and truthfully told story. A courageous undertaking that’s highly important, and a warning to how decisions we make affect not only history but also our own families. Fast moving and dramatic. Emotional.

Thank you, Eberhard Kuehn, for your service!

Spellbinding and courageously written American story.

Extremely well written book will add to my favorite read of 2025 Books

Fabulous true story of a German family who emigrated to the US before the second World War, moved to Hawaii and became spies for the Japanese prior to Pearl Harbor. Unknown history and fascinating reading. I loved it.

Thank you for taking us on this cathartic journey with you. I knew the facts, but this book gave me a whole new perspective.
