So many tremendous thoughts on giving and receiving feedback and ongoing interaction with staff and team. A book I will definitely reference in my years ahead as a leader and associate in group leadership.

I do not understand why I had heard of Radical Candor, but not this book. This one is far more useful to the vast majority of people who work.
