Awesome!

The latest release, though the story is out of chronological order…. Easy to read, entertaining, just fine. Hope the AppleTV+ series makes it out this far.

Nice to see Murderbot think his way out of some of the situations in this book. It seems like it airdropped into one of the earlier books to me, but it was still a good story.

Somewhat disjointed at the start, and if you’re not familiar with the other books potentially incomprehensible at times, until about 3/4 in where it picks up the normal rhythm and flow of the series and becomes significantly more enjoyable. Overall I enjoyed it, but I can understand where the negative reviews are coming from, particularly if this is your first exposure to the series.

Good characters and great writing. All the murderbot books are very good.

Talky talky endless talky without even some character development to relieve the boredom of nothing happening. Ug. What a waste of a story. Should’ve been dumped and rewritten from scratch with some actual story/char arcs.

A really good series of sci-fi novels. All good stand alone books and parts of a well constructed series.

Thinking about this series makes me have emotions. And I hate that.

Murderbot is the opposite of an unreliable narrator - it’s a scrambled mess of a narrator and an equally scrambled mess of a hero. And that’s why it’s so delightful. Another wonderful installment.
