Sad but ended up filled with love.

Some steals 50 years of your life and you like, “well, I’m mad about that, but ok…”.? Some beautiful descriptions of scenes but pretty unrealistic response to trauma. Too sentimental for me.

A great read. Enjoyed it immensely.

Such a fabulous story. Colorfully written and sprinkled with human emotions.

A lot in my book club felt the book was just ‘okay’. But maybe because I loved the story and how it was told, I disagreed. I just wish she had found them much sooner.
