This is the third book in the Series. I am really enjoying this series . This is Settimo and Alex story . Settimo is the Don . Alex father works for Bratva and has promised her to marry Paolo . Both Paolo and Alex don’t want to marry each other. When Settimo and Alex meet they have a connection. I really enjoyed the character development in the story. The story was captivating and beautifully written which keeps you hooked with suspense, intrigue, twists and steamy moments.

This was an amazing mafia romance. This is a page turner from start to finish, I was hooked from beginning to the end. I absolutely love the characters. Alex and Settimo’s chemistry is explosive. I enjoyed His Prize : A Mafia Romance Gruco Crime Family. Alex is set to marry a man she doesn’t like for the sake of family. She doesn’t realize who Settimo really is. A good mafia crime storyline and likable characters. The story flows very well and keeps you engaged. I wasn’t sure I was going to like Settimo but by the end I was very happy with him. I did not love Alex’s family. I did not read the first books in this story so I will be going back to read those. I would definitely recommend this book and am looking forward to more in the series.
