I have read a lot of the Bosch series, and this is one of the best for me. It's told in 1st person, so it's a little different. It is also an interesting intro into Harry's life as a retired cop.

5 Stars. I was late to the party with Connelly and Bosch. Just like I was late to read Parker and Spenser. Well, they are proving to be equals, which is the greatest compliment I can give to Michael Connelly. This book was fantastic. Great Mystery. Great characters. Great STORY. Great ending. Definitely cleared up some things from the TV shows. The process Bosch and Connelly took readers through on this one worked like magic. Can Not Wait For More!

Read it to find out!!!

I love Bosch. But this one has a little less of the edge of Connelly’s previous titles. I do enjoy seeing how the softening of Bosch may lead him into different areas in future titles.

Harry Bosch is as sharp as he ever was!

Harry Bosch is the best detective and Mr. Michael Connelly makes him believable. You just can't stop turning one page to another. I really enjoy this beautiful book.
