Description

I have a confession to make.

I knocked my new boss's house off a cliff.

Not on purpose! It was an accident. A very unfortunate, extremely expensive, career-ending kind of accident. And now Max Ivorsson — billionaire, rocket scientist, and the grumpiest man alive — wants revenge.

His proposal? A bet.

Find him the perfect replacement house, and I walk away with triple my bonus. Fail, and I spend a month of Sundays as his personal butler. At his beck and call. Every. Single. Weekend.

I should walk away. I really should. Except I desperately need that bonus, and honestly? How hard can finding one house be?

Answer: apparently very, very hard when the man has the personality of a thundercloud and the standards of a Roman emperor.

What I didn't count on was Max being funny under all that growl. Or unexpectedly kind. Or the way he looks at me like I'm the most confusing and fascinating thing he's ever encountered—and he's literally been to space.

Now the bet is the least of my problems. Because somewhere between the cliff and the Sundays and the stars, I've gone and fallen for my billionaire boss.

And he has no idea.

Bet Me, Mr. Billionaire is a standalone enemies-to-lovers romantic comedy featuring a grumpy billionaire, a sunshine disaster of a woman, and a bet that changes everything. Perfect for fans of Talia Hibbert, Sally Thorne, and Lyssa Kay Adams.

If you’re looking for snarky banter, rich guy, not so rich girl dynamic and a HEA ending then perhaps this book is for you. While there was nothing wrong with this story there also wasn’t anything special about it, in my opinion so I t’s just an ok read.

Don’t think I have read this author before, but I certainly will read her again. This was a great book, light on curse words and sexually explicit bedroom scenes. A very good book none the less.
