It really help you learn where you pain is coming for and how to deal with it

This book is absolutely amazing. I found it when I was running out of treatment options for interstitial cystitis and experiencing major detriment to my quality of life. Before reading, I was on the verge of starting Valium for my pain. However, since enacting the techniques touted in this book I’ve experienced major alleviation from pain and achieved new strategies for managing both IC unrelated pain and stressful emotions. I no longer take any medications for IC and feel like my usual healthy self.

I follow Gordon/Ziv’s podcast and have been greatly helped by their process. This book did not disappoint! Loved the personal anecdotes and ideas to help find a way out from chronic pain!
