The story in itself was heartbreaking and the truth can be felt. The distractions from the story were the spelling errors that should have been easily caught before publication.

Loved both characters but Wes was a strong hero. I like a man who knows what he wants and is willing to go for it. Great read.

I liked the story, but it was frustrating wading through all the extra and incorrect words in so many of the sentences. Pretty obvious nobody proof read it.

This was a great book. I loved the characters & the story. The topic of this book is very heartfelt & something a lot of young people have to deal with & it does effect all persons involved their whole life.

I have read all of the title author's books available to me on iBooks and loved them all. Rough Terrain was very boring, slow moving, and repetitive. Sorry, Chrisine

Rough Terrain is the first in a new series by Cheryl Douglas. I have read most of her books, but I have to say that this was my favorite. I loved Wes and Sage. Their story made you feel every emotion. This is a story about second chances and true love. A truly wonderful read!!!
